An outdoor beach party for two hundred guests which was scheduled to take place at an existing beach club but the location had to be changed with 24 hours notice due to poor weather conditions. With very limited time we had to transform an outdoor space into a beach club. We recarpetted the whole space in a sand colour, brought in all the deck chairs, outdoor furniture and bars from the closed beach club, filled old fishing boats with ice and bottles or rose and brought in David Gray to entertain the guests!
