Situated in a hidden location in Primrose Hill, Hotel 1729 opened as a one-bedroom only hotel designed in collaboration with Tom Hingston to recreate the essence of the worlds first established Champagne house. Hotel 1729 told story of Champagne in just one night, from vine to glass, stimulating visitors with light, colour, texture and sound. Propelled with visual twists and a sense of the unexpected, guests explored the sensory installations which orbited around a remarkable six-course subterranean dining experience by Bo Lindegaard.
